Description

The main duties of this position, include, but are not limited to, assisting the Property Managers in maintaining the highest level quality of our property inventory, coordination of administrative duties such as scheduling, project coordination, new associate training, property reviews, comment card follow-up and maintaining Beach Properties Company standards. The Assistant Property Manager position involves extensive guest contact so a high level of guest service skills is essential to success. This position is a training step designed to help grow to Property Manager. The typical work week will include weekend coverage with flexible days off. Work day hours are typically 8:30am-5:30pm.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Strong guest service and decision making skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferable
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Previous experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • Have an active Property Managers license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

Physically you can anticipate to:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
