Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Go to post office daily
  • Post and reconcile all check payments
  • Check all credit cards daily for accuracy and make a daily settlement
  • Assist the Financial Manager in various duties
    • Postings to owner statements
    • Creation of summary sheets for vendor payouts
    • Company credit card reconciliation
    • Month end and year end owner/tax statements
  • Order all office supplies (Staples orders, Sam’s Club, etc)
  • Verify cleaning invoices and post charges as needed
  • Assist in reservations and participate in weekend rotation as needed
  • Coordinate office projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work some weekends as needed
