Custom Home Builder, Bluffton SC
We are a growing Custom Home Builder company located in Bluffton, SC, looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The candidate will also support manager and co-workers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsibilities:
•Answer and Direct Phone Calls
•Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
•Maintain Contact Lists
•Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
•Maintain a Filing System
•Order Office Supplies
•Greet clients and visitors that come into the office
•Post Office and Bank Runs
•Create Mailers
•Package Client Gifts
•Assist Team Members
 
Experience:
•Relevant: 2 Years (preferred)
•Customer Service: 2 Years (Preferred)
•Receptionist: 2 Years (Preferred)
 
Expectations:
•Full Time, Hourly Position
•Business Hours are Mon-Fri: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
•Business-casual attire
•Dependable, Detailed, Hard-working, and personable

Job Type: Full-Time
 
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
