Budget Blinds Showroom Assistant Budget Blinds of the Lowcountry is seeking a career-minded professional to join our team. administrative showroom assistant in our Bluffton location. You will serve as the first impression for our customers.

Job responsibilities:The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task various admin duties and be able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. We will provide necessary training and continuing education for you to succeed in this position. Sales experience is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Answering customer phone calls · Consult with customers in the showroom by providing product knowledge and design advice · Schedule consultation/installation appointments · Follow up with online lead inquiries · Review order confirmations for accuracy · Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes · Ensure showroom is neat and organized Skills and abilities · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Pleasant, professional, and friendly attitude · Professional appearance · Time-Management/Multi-task skills · Self-starter and takes initiative · Excellent customer service and communication skills · Creative problem solver · Work in a team environment · Fluent in English Requirements · Customer Service 2 years (Required) · Microsoft Office 1 year (Required) · Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)
