Position Details

Custom Security is in search of the right PERSON, who is eager to learn, and enjoys helping others in our Gate Department to serve our Gated Communities. Attention to detail, follow up, and problem solving skills are Critical!

Tasks include:

• customer relations with our property managers and HOA board members.
• project management
• dispatching technicians for service and jobs
• equipment ordering & receiving
• database management on access controlers
• technical troubleshooting on gate access control systems
• time and material quotes
• viewing camera feeds for incidents
