Position Details

Fraser Construction is looking for two Superintendents. At Fraser Construction, Superintendents supervise the construction of our commercial and multi-family projects. In performing the Project Superintendent duties, you specifically will be responsible for scheduling the subcontractors daily work, coordination of material deliveries, scheduling inspections and maintaining a positive relationship with the inspection department, daily quality control inspections, implementation of the Fraser Construction Quality Control Program, implementing the company’s safety program to so that the jobsite remains safe and clean at all times and maintaining a positive relationship with the Owner and other members of the project team.
