The Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association would like to honor our Builder & Remodeler Members by providing you the opportunity to become a member of our Premier Builder Program. As a Premier Builder, you will truly stand out in our association and our local community as a ‘Builder or Remodeler of Distinction'.

Below are the requirements and benefits for becoming a Premier Builder.

Requirements

80% of the Builder/Remodeler Member’s subcontractors and suppliers are members of the Hilton Head Area HBA
The Builder/Remodeler Member must be a member in good standing of the Hilton Head Area HBA
The Builder/Remodeler Member must complete 6 hours of industry-related continuing education per year
The Builder Member must attend at least one (1) Meeting per quarter (Either a General Membership Meeting, council or committee meeting of the builder’s choice)
The Builder Member must actively recruit at least two (2) new members to the Hilton Head Area HBA each year
