Networking Opportunities: The HBA offers an array of monthly and annual events which provide the perfect opportunity to meet and network with other members and potential customers. Monthly HBA Luncheons and HBA After Hours events, Buliders Cup Golf Tournament, HBA Day at the RBC Heritage, and the LightHouse Awards Gala are just a handful of the 30+ annual events hosted by the HBA.

HBA Committees: Choose from a number of HBA committees to get involved: HBA Programs Committee; Builder Cup Golf Tournament Committee; Government Affairs Committee; Professional Development Committee and many more.

Consumer Marketing Opportunities: The Lowcountry Home & Garden Show, the Parade of Homes Tour and the LightHouse Awards are annual events and programs that are offered to members either exclusively or at a discount, and allow you to increase your exposure to the local consumer market.

The HBA Website (www.hhahba.com): Your Company will be listed in our online Membership Directory (by name and by category based on products/services) and will include a link to your website.

Annual Membership Directory: You will get up to six listings – one alphabetical listing and up to five additional listings by service/product category. You will also get the member‐only opportunity to advertise in the annual directory or enhance your listing(s).

The Spec Sheet: Included in the New Member Listing for one month in our weekly electronic newsletter The Spec Sheet.

Member‐To‐Member News: Free event or company news listing in the Member‐To‐Member section of our electronic newsletter The Spec Sheet.

New Member Profile: You will be given the opportunity to submit a Membership Profile when joining explaining what your company does. New Member Profiles will featured on the HBA Website monthly and a link to your profile will also be included in The Spec Sheet.

Advocacy: Your daily business practices are directly impacted by the decisions made by your legislators. As a member, you are given the opportunity to influence these decisions. The HBA represents your business and industry rights and needs to the media and policymakers at the local, state and national levels.
