Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Projects will include but are not limited to housekeeping, maintenance and inspector scheduling, lost and found, ordering and inventory of supply room, workers comp & general liability, bi-annuals HVAC service coordination and maintenance inventory & deep cleaning tracking
  • Coordinate communications with guests, property owner’s vendors, and associates
  • Extensive phone work, problem solving, and delegation and follow up on daily activities
  • High guest contact

Minimum Requires Skills and Competencies:

  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment is a must 
  • Time management skills
  • Previous customer service experience  
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Misc. Programs
  • Project Coordination and Timely Completion
  • Ability to work Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30PM
  • Position will also require weekend coverage as business and seasonality requires

 

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Past experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
