Billy Wood Appliance | Full-time Appliance Service Coordinator

Position Details

The Billy Wood Appliance team is growing! Your Lowcountry appliance experts are expanding into appliance service and looking for a full-time Appliance Service Coordinator with 3-5 years of customer service experience. Must haves are: professional communication skills, ability to handle a busy work environment and stay cool under pressure, detail oriented, QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.

Main Responsibilities

• Field service inquiries and schedule service appointments
• Parts ordering and tracking
• Accounts Payable
• Coordinate and communicate service team daily schedule

Location and Hours

Monday-Friday
8:00 am-4:00 pm

The position would be focused at the Billy Wood Appliance flagship location at 6 Marshland Road on Hilton Head Island with flexibility for some remote work to be coordinated with management.
